Ever heard of Vita-myr??? Rededing gums..please help!? - vita myr
I have very bad back gums that are red and swollen, and bleeds. I have not been to the dentist after 4 years, because they are not insured. Anyone who has ever heard of the Vita MYR as natural remedies to help your gums? Does it work? Are there any suggestions for toothpaste, medicines, etc., cure bleeding gums? HELP PLEASE!

You are not dependent on natural resources. Many of them are snake oil. Instead, start by brushing and flossing at least twice a day.
Then go see a dentist anyway. If you agree in advance that you have no insurance but can pay a month to what you can do to a patient. Either we know for sure other treatment options that can be seen from.
Check with your local health department, or what is the local equivalent. Often, dentists volunteer their services for low-income patients, or do apply for reduced rates. If there is a school or a dental assistant program at the university, they often go to the core exams and cleaning for a small fee.
Bottom line - you have to do something. The sign in the dentist's true: "If you ignore your teeth, it will disappear."
